Terms of Service

These terms are between you and Moummay Youness, an individual entrepreneur trading as Morocco Explorers (Registre de Commerce Marrakech 145526, ICE 003103496000093). By booking a tour, you agree to these terms and conditions:

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit or full payment
• We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control
• Some tours require a minimum number of participants
• Travelers must provide accurate information for bookings and visa applications

We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

• All prices are in EUR (€)
• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the tour
• Final payment must be received 7 days before tour departure
• Payment receipts are provided upon request

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• All cancellations must be made in writing (email)
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
• Date changes may be subject to additional fees
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations

Please review our liability and insurance policy:

• Morocco Explorers is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage to personal property
• Adventure activities are undertaken at your own risk
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers
• Travelers must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• We reserve the right to refuse participation if safety is compromised

In exceptional circumstances, we may need to make changes:

• Severe weather conditions
• Government travel restrictions or advisories
• Transportation strikes or disruptions

We will provide alternative arrangements or full refunds when tours cannot be operated as planned.
