Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Morocco Explorers offers the following cancellation terms:

• More than 30 days before tour: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• 15-30 days before tour: 50% refund
• 7-14 days before tour: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days before tour: No refund

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible:

• Email: moroccoexplorers2025@gmail.com
• Include your booking reference number and full name
• Cancellation date is determined by when we receive your email

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Rescheduling

We offer flexible rescheduling options:

• More than 15 days before tour: Free rescheduling (one time)
• Less than 15 days: Rescheduling fee of 20% applies
• New dates subject to availability

Force Majeure

In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other events beyond our control, we will work with you to reschedule your tour or provide a full refund.

Tour Cancellation by Morocco Explorers

If we must cancel your tour for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
