Traveling from Marrakech to the Ouzoud Falls is an awe-inspiring journey full of fascinating sights. The Ouzoud Falls are located in the Middle Atlas Mountains and offer a marvelous landscape graced by extensive olive trees and multiple falls. This is a good option for a day out of Marrakesh as you will find yourself in an exquisite location far from the clamor of people, wonders of nature as well as cool and comforting weather. The Ouzoud Falls can be easily reached by local guides if visitors prebook a round trip from Marrakeck with the local guides.
Why Visit the Ouzoud Falls?
Ouzoud Falls, which measures about 110 meters (360 feet), is among the tallest waterfalls in North Africa and the most notable in Morocco. The waterfall area is covered with a huge dense forest consisting of olive, nut, and fig trees which all add to the peace of the place and the harshness of the falling water. The guests are free to navigate the waterfall and observe it from varying angles, as well as other sites, and take pictures of the Barbary macaque monkeys that frequent the area.

Probably the best value for money tour I’ve ever done. Brilliant day!!
Our guide was Noureddine and he was a very happy funny person with a great attitude and clearly full of passion for his job. He took us to see stunning sights at Orzoud waterfalls in the atlas mountains and picked a nice area for lunch. We were able to take our time to take in the views and never rushed. Noureddine took photos of us and the group which was lovely. The car journey was pleasant because Noureddine was interactive with us and made it fun even though it was a long a journey it went very quickly due to this. Would recommend this day trip.
Thank you Noureddine ❤️
